Return & Exchange Policy – StreetMuse

• StreetMuse products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• There are no charges for exchanges — we’ve got it covered!

Same-Day Refund / Exchange Process

• Once your return or exchange request is verified by our support team, a reverse pickup will be initiated within 24 hours.
• The product will be picked up by our courier partner within the next 1–2 days.
  Refund or exchange will be initiated on the same day the product is picked up.
• Note: Pickup may be refused if original tags are not intact or if the item appears to be worn, washed, or soiled.

Refund Mode

• Prepaid Orders: The full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• ⁠Cash on Delivery (COD): The refund will be initiated to the bank account shared by you while raising the request.

Self-Ship Returns

• If reverse pickup is not available for your pin code, you may be requested to self-ship the product back to StreetMuse.
  
• Please ensure the items are securely packed, unused, and returned with the original tags intact.
• The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).

Exchange for a Different Product

• You can exchange your original product for a different item.
• If the replacement product costs more, you can pay the difference amount.
  
• ⁠If it costs less, the balance will be refunded to you as a gift card.

Didn’t Receive Your Refund?

• You’ll receive an email/SMS notification once the refund is initiated.
• Bank refunds for prepaid orders may take 7–10 business days.
• ⁠If you face any issues, please reach out to us here and our support team will assist you.
